Rule 6 - Solicitor's Code of Conduct 2007
Having a diversity problem is not necessarily a bad thing. Doing
nothing about it is where firms go wrong.
For any law firm, diversity issues are an opportunity when addressed and
a mounting problem when ignored.

Prejudice and discrimination still plays a part in working life. This
course is designed to highlight common issues and help law firms
implement a diversity policy. It will help firms break down some of the
barriers that still exist and will cover:
• Rule 6 - Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007
• The business case for a diversity policy
• Recognising diversity issues
• Managing culture change
• Implementing a diversity policy
